Are you frustrated with the group dynamics that are inhibiting the productivity of the meetings which you chair? It is easy to get stuck in a certain style of chairing.
This workshop assists you in taking a fresh look at your chairperson style. Using interactive and simulated meetings, you will explore different ways of using meetings as a more effective management tool, in which the roles and responsibilities of the chairperson and the other participants do not impede the decision-making process.
At the end of this training, you will:
- recognise the behaviours which undermine the smooth running of your meetings
- have a repertoire of problem-solving techniques
- use techniques which build unity and consolidate effective decision-making.
